Controls on the Marketing of Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages to Children in Thailand: Legislative Options and Regulatory Design

UNICEF developed a background evidence report for the Government of Thailand to support the introduction of stronger controls on the marketing of food and non-alcoholic beverages to children. The report sets out 1) the rationale for strengthening legislation; 2) the required scope of legislation; and 3) the mechanisms for legislation monitoring, evaluation, and enforcement.
